Determination of substances in hot-pressed peanut oil by SPME-GC/MS total ion flow chromatogram
Test results:
A total of 80 organic compounds were detected, including 12 alcohols, 14 aldehydes, 1 olefin, 33 acids, 5 esters and 15 ketones, with their respective contents as shown in Table 1 below. The test results showed that compound No. 80 had the highest isooleic acid content, accounting for 7.818% of the total.
