Total ion flow chromatogram of celery odor detected by SPME-GC/MS
Test results:
A total of 18 organic compounds were detected, including 2 alcohols, 1 alkane, 9 alkenes, 1 aromatic hydrocarbon, 1 ester, 1 phenol and 3 ketones, respectively, the contents of which were shown in the following table. The test results showed that the content of limonene in compound No. 2 was the highest, accounting for 41.646% of the total.
