Extraction temperature: 50 ºC; Extraction time: 60 min; Mixing speed: 250 rpm

Desorption time: 2 min; Desorption temperature: 250 ºC

Injection method: manual

Inlet: 250 ºC without shunt, purge flow at shunt outlet: 60 mL/min starting at 2 min

Column: DB-5ms: 30 m × 250 μm × 0.25 μm

Programmed heating: Start at 40 ºC, rise to 100 ºC at 2 ºC/min, then rise to 200 ºC at 4 ºC/min for 3 min

Acquisition mode: Full scan, scanning range: 35-450 m/z

Ion source: 230 ºC, MS quadrupole: 150 ºC

                             Determination of substances in Luzhou-flavor liquor by SPME-GC/MS total ion flow chromatography
 

Test results:

A total of 18 organic compounds were detected, including 2 alcohols, 8 acids, 5 esters and 3 phenols, with their respective contents as shown in the following table. The test results showed that compound No. 11 had the highest content of caproic acid, accounting for 74.905% of the total.
