Analysis condition:

 

Derivatization reagent: 5 mg/ml aqueous solution of pentafluorobenzene amide hydrochloride (PFBOA)


Sample: Take 10 ml water sample into 20 ml headspace bottle, add 10 µl derivative reagent, so that the concentration of derivative reagent in the sample is 5 µg/ml


Extraction temperature: 50 ºC; Extraction time: preheat 5 min, extraction 30 min; Vibration speed: 250 rpm


Desorption time: 2 min; Desorption temperature 250 ºC


Inlet temperature: 250 ºC, shunt ratio 20:1


Carrier gas: helium, flow rate 1 ml/min


Chromatographic column: Aglient DB-5MS 30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 µm


Programmed temperature rise: 40 ºC for 2 min, 10 ºC/min to 200ºC, 20 ºC/min to 280 ºC for 1 min


MS conditions: EI ionization source, full scan mode, scanning range 50-500 m/z, ion source temperature 230 ºC


The quadrupole temperature is 150 ºC

Acetaldehyde reacted with derivatization reagent to produce two kinds of large molecular weight isomer derivatization substances, which were extracted by solid phase microextraction probe and directly injected into gas chromatograph. Give two peaks in a certain proportion.
